Assumption is that when we hit a new all-time high there will be a lot of new press and new money flowing in.

Glad I mined when the mining was good last spring/summer. Cannot wait to see what happens when the ASICs hit the wild, there will be plenty of hashing power for all the newcomers. Viva Bitcoin! If price rises too fast, bid depth becomes too thin and possibility of a crash becomes real. My feeling is people have become very smart to let the price rise too fast. Unless of course there are a lot of big news.
