i tried to get one but they dont send to anyone in the USA. i will pay for the rush delivery (75$) plus the shipping from you to me. it MUST come to me unopened. i will provide all the documents, all you will need to provide is your address. i will pay you 30$ for this. we can negotiate a little but thats about it. comment below if you are willing to do this. i am willing to pay for multiple of these so there is good money in it.

i have asked support on the site and they say they wont send anything to the USA or work with the USA

seems the OP does not want to obtain via normal route for anon reasons
as they do send to US, and have cards in USD
but what the OP is looking for is someone to receive the card at their address
as he will provide (not his) details to verify card

$30 is a bit cheap really for what he is actually asking for

If they do USA cards and you want to use somebody else's name to be on the card the only thing that comes to mind is some sort of fraud scheme where you do not want to be liable when things go south.

that's right,so many debit card issuer won't get bothers with USA due too high risk if USA's citizen use their service and do a fraud thing,i'm sure spectrocoin will get involved into a serious problem,i recommend OP just looks on another bitcoin debit card which work for USA

OP might have very bad intention I too guess. He wants to use someone's address for getting this card means he will be doing something illegal and he doesn't want caught by any consequences. Also he need multiple card, for God's sake!!!!

what are you talking about? i was asking for privacy reasons but mmkay. i thought BTC was founded around privacy and all that? oh well its whatever... i found someone that did this for me, thank you!
