My sister is a conscientious, fastidious nurse. She tells me that many of the other nurses don't seem to care much. Just there for the job. Often over $50 an hour. In most of the Western nations, a majority of the nurses are sourced from third world nations such as Philippines, Thailand, India, and Nigeria. These nurses are more money-minded and doesn't have the caring mentality of their native counterparts. The only option is to limit the employment of nurses from the foreign nations. |
