Of course he has a lot of supporters, in fact he has millions of them, but IMO he will not be elected. To be elected you should be supported by the majority and that's where he fails. Trump looks like a good candidate from 60s or from 70s but not from nowadays.

A majority is needed to win, in case of a two-way fight. But consider this scenario:

1. Trump as the GOP nominee
2. Hitlery as the Democrat nominee
3. Jeb Bush as the GOP rebel
4. Martin O'Malley as the Democrat rebel.

Now the race has become a four-way fight. In this case, even 30% of the vote might be necessary for an outright win.

if trump will be elected , usa will    reap a harvest of its horrible acts in the whole world. usa is the brutalest blood sucker on earth. i wish it would be drowned in its own blood..

Always remember that in any election, the silent ones will always be the majority. Therefore I highly doubt Trump will win even with the amount of support he SEEMS to be getting

May be the American invasion of various third world nations, such as Syria, Libya, Iraq.etc. Now who was the mastermind behind these invasion? The main mastermind was Hillary Clinton. And here, you are supporting the same Hillary Clinton, against Donald Trump, who is against foreign interventions.

I really just like Trump because it's something different than we have had before... He speaks his mind and I think that he has a really good shot... he's garnered more votes in the history of Republican primaries.

A few discrepancies in your post. What you said about the second round is correct. There will not be a second round of elections. That said, the winner will be the one who gains the most number of Electoral Votes, and not the one who gets the most number of popular votes. For example, in 2000 Bush won the elections despite receiving less popular votes than his opponent (Al Gore).
