Coiner = Holds over 1BTC in cold storage, and has at least another BTC to play with on daily basis. (min 2BTC)

BitBoy = Has held at least 1 BTC at some point, but never reached coiner status

SatFlap = Has never had 1 BTC in their possesion

AltDolt = Owns altcoins and has never owned 1 BTC (in bitcoin)

I will say so publicly that I'm a SatFlap according to your options.

Add Altcoiner as well.  ;D

I am sure you could base your answer on the value of any alts if they were converted to BTC. :)

I am a coiner. I keep one Bitcoin on a paper wallet which is in the safe which is in my house. I also keep another Bitcoin in my ledger wallet for daily usage.

Somewhere between coiner and bitboy, I have 1 or maybe more in cold storage but don't think I have a full 1 to play or gamble right now, the IPL season's been bad, lost almost all the bets. Not gonna break the bank but hopefully will recover soon or will buy a little.

Since I see the BTC I have in alts don't matter, I can say that I am a SatFlap. But I promise I'll fix this  ;D

I don't know....I can't hold on to my bitcoin long enough to fall into one of those categories.  I invest my coin among several diverse projects daily....my coin is always moving.  But, I'm sure that if I liquidated and put all my assets into bitcoin, I'd be sitting pretty!  That doesn't make sense to me however; a sitting satoshi is a lazy satoshi!

EDIT: I Just liquidated and on further review....I guess I'm a SatFlap....:(.....0.025 BTC.....Grrrr  I thought them Pandacoin were worth a lot more!

By those definitions, I would be a Coiner*

Satflap here but I don't wanna be stuck to being like that for a long time. Just like my rank here, I'd like to become better and have more BTC, more so now that the price is really starting to reach higher levels.

If it was a while back I would say I was a big coiner! NOw I'm reduced to a Bitboy and the tendency is to go down to become a Satflap. Let's hope I can get back up to Coiner once again!

i think i'm a coiner because i need to put some back up in my cold storage and use 1/3 of my money in daily trading with altcoins. just in case i got worst problem with getting lost in trade so i can use my back up to minimalize my loss

I have about BTC13 in cold storage so coiner for sure.

So that we can reply to this thread and we gain post count. Duh, that's pretty obvious.

I am a bit of a hoarder, so I always have some coins stored somewhere safe, and on backup locations. I invested in a Trezor and I use Bitcoin daily for pub lunch and coffee and tea. I think to be a

true Coiner, you should at least have 80% in cold storage and 20% spendable. I think a lot of people are at 100% cold storage and 0% spendable at this stage, because everyone is hoping for a spike

in the price, building up to the Halving.  ???

I am BTCitcoiner and that is interesting poll to know about how many people have strong believe in brighter future of bitcoin, i like to hold some coins into cold storage because i want to start my early retire life and i am quite bitcoin will make this true.

According to your definition i am Coiner, i also have some bitcoin into safe place, i think bitcoin will change our life style very soon, it is ready to go to the mainstream.

but altcoins dont have any real value, anyone can own an altcoin
hence why an AltDolt is even lower than a satflap
and does not deserve such a name like altcoiner
Get 2BTC in BTC and then you will be a coiner
and can continue to play with altcoins if you want

Where the heck did that 'AltDolt' name came from? Alt + Adult? I haven't heard of it from anywhere but (sorry, not really), but in my opinion, it sucks. It sounds really bad and harder to pronounce, even. I do appreciate you trying to make some kind of category on us bitcoin users.

Oh wait, this is probably going to be one way for insults to appear like maybe those Coiners think they are superior to those SatFlaps. Please don't let that happen.

Im Satflap has never had 1 btc in their possesion. Im only a small bitcoin user that want to earn big but dont know how to earn big and dont have big funds to invest in trading, hyip, and cloudmining site but now i think i can earn now 1 btc because i knew this signature campaign even if 0.0026 per day i think if my account upgraded in high rank i can earn that amount,

Very Few will be great chef's. bitcoin is the chef (in this comparison) but from the mouth of the great chef Gusteau (think Satoshi here for comparison sake) "Anyone can cook" > that is why we have altcoins today at all. Cooks don't have to cook chef-style food either to taste good and be healthy (to extend the comparison). So yes, anyone can own an altcoin. Can everyone own a bitcoin?

dont really see what you are getting at,
but yes it is quite easy for anyone to own an altcoin, as there are many altcoins to choose from
with the majority of them being worthless, or worth such a pittance its not worth caring about.

Anyone can also own a bitcoin, the current price is definitely not out of reach at all,
but some people may need to work a bit to get a bitcoin,
although really not much work to just buy 1 BTC as current price is still only $450

never heard those words before but if i had to choose in the beginning i'm Coiner but currently i spend my bitcoin for my gambling activity so my status has changed become SatFlap

I am happy to say that I am a Coiner. However, I don't "play" with my coins as they remain in my cold wallets for quite a long time.

I'm totally an a SatFlap! I never had 1 Btc :( But if assure you buddy! I wll be an a coiner! Just wait! Hahahaha :) Everyone could be an a coiner! There is always a time for everything.

i can say i am once a coiner but well, spent them all and failed to recover and struggled to recover at least 1 BTC. At this moment i am a BitFlap but sometime in past i used to be an altdolt :D for once upon a time, i was an altcoin addict

Since i know bitcoin i never have 1 bitcoin, but I've got a total of more than 1 bitcoin transactions. So in this case im ALTDOLT haha :D

only a bitboy. i dont know anything about any other currency i am only familiar wit bitcion. i think bitcoin is the kind of all other currencies in present time and in future it will show more potential.

Have a look here (http://coinmarketcap.com/). I don't think only 1 in 653 currencies will be the only kind in future. What are the odds for that to be the case?
