Example: You originally aim to deposit $20 of btc into your account. Instead you put that into escrow and meet me in a heads up table, where I will donk off $22 to you. (I raise to $22, you reraise, and I fold. We can do it in smaller increments too, if that makes you more comfortable.) Why am I offering this?
