I have not heard of this payment method before. Edit: could you post all the chat logs, what you have showed us is not the full conversation. Always ask to PSC Owner a PICTURE of the PSC. It MUST BE ISSUED BY A RETAILER/STORE PSC seller's account (the guy who take the pin and credit itself on his psc account) MUST match with the country in which PSC PIN has been issued. |
