For the last service i bought from someone and he was not honest with me, so this problem happened. But for this account it's my account and followers are real and will never vanish for sure.

Well the real definition of "real followers" is that they are active, so if they are not than I cannot pay you as the item is not as described.

There is no way for anyone to guarantee that the followers will be "active" or not, unless they are bots and they make automatic retweets and so on, the followers of this account aren't bots and they are real human, but i can't guarantee their behavior in the future and if they will be active with your tweets or not, that's depend in your writing, style and much other factors.
