Are bitcoin faucets still profitable nowadays???
Would you use a faucet that gives 1000 satoshi every 8 hours direct to faucet box and 10% refferal income.
20% refferal income on weekends.

Will this kind of faucet work?

Sorry to say but NO. Maybe one time just to check how its working
and give some feedback. But regular use IMO is nonsensical this days.

20% on weekends and 0% on regular day? That's also NO.
Nothing really serious can be earned this way. Unless 1000 refs...

Simple faucets wont get you anywhere. Some new idea is needed
to score adsense and good ad revenue.
Blog, games, news, chat, youtube vids, basically a lot of content.     

To your second question:
I would use it, daily faucets with 1000 claim rate are ok. Of course, it has to be faucet with 1 captcha and max 1 antibot just bellow captcha, looking like this:

            CAPTCHA

             one(1)
             two(2)
            three(3)

              CLAIM

 And when I see faucets with hidden antibots between banners and with "click twice" trick mssg's so you hit banner by "accident", antibots scattered on all page so you have to scroll ten times up and down, faucet exceeded its safety limits come back later and similar, I never come back to that kind of faucet.

It is true that none will keep up coming back to that faucet alone, as nothing meaningful could be earned. But it well be that people go to that faucet because it is included in a rotator. In fact, it would be much better a rotator with 100 faucets giving 1000 sat daily, than the faucets we actually have.

I would not discourage you. It can work. But regular claimers are likely to be very regular faucet users (those who use rotators and such).

1000 satoshi every 800 minutes can is a good rewards, but whit many question.
i use faucet whit this rewards, but no antibot and no more time to wait first to claim, or i prefer faucet with 400-5000 satoshi every 60 minutes.

10-20% for ref for me is very low

Yeah it's not like how it used to be.  I'd say it isn't worth the hassle.  There are better many to make money if you can drive traffic to a site.

I think u did not read it carefully, On regular days 10% referral and 20% on weekends.

If you really want something to really work and continue to work then first you need to spend at least 0.5 B  to make people trust and refer.
If you host no malware/adware/click popup, then just pay to faucetbox with 1000 satoshi every 20 minutes or 3000 every hour.
Other than that I doubt you could profit in long-term or even short-term for that matter.

Sorry to say but its no, you can't make good profit out of faucet this days. Earning for faucet owners are like shit these days no any good adnetwork is out there for bitcoin niche. better you try blog about bitcoin rather than giving away bitcoin through faucet.

But how someone will generate revenue if they wont add any pop up or display ads banners.

Like my faucet, that is still in development contains 2 pop ups and display banner only.
I ve chosen one high network, like popcash , adsense, exoclick, popundertotal and few other 7good brands with no virus and malware at all.

User are getting free bitcoin for that they have to comprise with few things. It is foolish and selfish to think that someone will give them free things without generating something in return.

No one says that you can not add banners,it is quite normal for every faucet but if you put anti-bot links so close to banners and user click on them,new page is open and he/she must start all over again.One pop-up is more or less OK,although no one likes them,but when I open faucet and 3 or more pop-up appear that is too much.And if you have safety limits enabled,hidden add or something else to trick user this is not fair play.
