The trend for the word bitcoin in Russia is due to thousands of people with gaming cards trying to earn extra several kopeks ready to do anything. Not thousands of oligarchs looking up where to invest money :) Don't expect people who make money in real industries or, worse, selling oil, to understand digital money, not in this decade.
