Title: [RESOLVED] yoona scammed me!
Post by: Indianacoin on May 11, 2016, 08:20:21 AM
Update:
yoona refunded me my coins with some compensation. The scam accusation is withheld.
Dispute resolved.

What happened::
I saw yoona's auction and placed an order on 19th April for one 32 GB USB Key at his BIN price (0.05 BTC). After I sent him payment, he never sent me the tracking ID of its shipment. I sent him multiple pms reminding of my order but in spite of being online he did not bother to reply any of them. >:(

Why didn't you use escrow in the first place ? You seem to be an experienced member to be taught of escrows.

True. I should have contacted an escrow provider for this one but this feedback seemingly convinced me to complete the deal without it. :-\

Learnt another lesson for now.

I think is stupid to scam someone for 0.05BTC if your account is a green sr member! By running a signature in 1 month should earn much more!

It's stupid to scam for any amount with any account, but besides that,
untrusted feedback doesn't magically turn your account into a "green sr. member", regardless if it comes from a +20 guy or not.

Bro I feel your pain.  I got scammed for trusting a green-trusted member and not getting collateral on a loan.  Well, we live and hopefully learn from our mistakes.

Regardless of whatever feedback they got for their transactions.

Always use the escrow regardless or situations like this could be pretty much happen all time. The past transaction could be positive because they probably did a escrow and got what they wanted.

Where here the seller noticed they can take advantage of the situation. It sucks, but it happens everyday here.

You should explain your side here, because it looks really bad for someone to just leave and go mia.

Along with the current conversations and do the right thing.

Dude, its 0.05 bitcoin, I get the scam accusation, and I will resolve this with indianacoin. I pmed him to reimburse or resend or whatever I don't remember. But I'm not going to give you my reasons for my absence for some frigging 0.05 btc i dont even care about.

But yes, you are right, I should have responded to him just out of fairness, my sincerest apologies to indianacoin and .---encrypted--- who seem not to have received the usb. the first i send got there like 2weeks after so i didnt expect any problems with the rest. But okay, indianacoin just pmed me so were hopefully resolving this issue in a few minutes
