Yes sounds like he is an impostor of someone trusted in here and wants to use his name as borrowing in his name such a low amount should be no problem. Well BiPolarBob7 we are not dumb in here, and you even haven't read the sticky rule of No collateral(true collateral) equal to No Loan. Its just a lame scamming attempt which has gone wrong thank God.
