No. I can say with pretty much certainty that I cannot sell your identity for ~$1,000 when you do not repay your loan.

Collateral needs to be something worth (to the market, not to you) greater then the amount of the loan and that is liquid so the lender can quickly sell it when you fail to repay your loan.

If you are unable to provide collateral worth greater then the amount of what you are asking for then you are waisting your time and you might as well lock this thread.

http://fixedmatches.futbol/ is the domain name. I guy was even asking 600USD for it but I refused.

I know it can be an asset for those guys who do this kind of business.

It's the domain name that's important. With it you can put any content that pleases you. Plus those panels only value domain names by the content they have.

For a $1000 loan you need to put a $1200 collateral, and no Paypal account even with $50k will be considered valid collateral, let alone a $190 one, and also who says it's yours, it could be hacked and get the lender in trouble.

But I'm not asking a loan not even for 0.00000001 BTC. Because I clearly red conditions of loan, I red a lot of threads, I understand how this forum works and I see how helpful people are here.

I applaud what you are doing, however trading is a gamble and people do not want to lend to others who have the intentions of gambling.  If you were offered $600 for your domain, I would take that and start there.  Your domain name is not worth bull alone.  Anything can have potential, but this domain name is to long and not important.  Type it in google with no .(whatever) at the end; nothing comes up.  You also did not help yourself when you stated that you did not pass income verification.  Good luck all.
