I'm pretty big on Werdum at -145. I also bet that the fight starts round 3 at -131 and a small bet on Werdum winning by decision at +550. As usual I'll have a large amount of action on every fight on this card with a mix of ML bets, over/unders and props. I agree with the poster above me, 5Dimes is by far the best sportsbook for MMA with the number of markets and props that they have available, plus live between round betting. I know this is a Bitcoin specific forum, but I mostly bet with dollars to be honest and use Bitcoin mostly to take advantage of some alternate lines when they are superior to my usual fiat sportsbooks and to take advantage of live betting when available.

I'm checking the fight stats of Stipe Miocic and I'm kinda impressed seeing that he won over Andre Arlovski last January 2 and over Mark Hunt last May 9 2015. Both guys we're beaten via TKO and take note, his fight with Arlovski was chosen as performance of the night because of the first round knock out. I think I'll go with Stipe Miocic on this fight.

Arlovski has a suspect chin, we saw it in his fight with Browne, Miocic and now Overeem.
Hunt is slower than Miocic and lacks an offensive ground game, Miocic took advantage of both of these factors and used volume striking and take downs to beat Hunt.
I do not see the same thing happening here, imo. If the odds were 3.0 for Miocic I might have a look.

I also think bet on Fabricio Werdum would be helpful to make easy money, as per comparison of recent performance of both players than it looking Fabricio Werdum is more talented and experienced player than Stipe Miocic.

Guys can you give a good insight of UFC 198 aside from Werdum and Miocic fight. I see Shogun Rua is scheduled to fight Anderson and Cyborg with Smith. Planning to play parlay in nitrogensports

DirectBet does weird things like that a lot where they only have odds for one side of a fight. If you wait a while and refresh suddenly the odds for both sides may be there. It doesn't really make sense. Their odds are usually pretty poor and heavily juiced compared to other sportsbooks anyway, although I give them props for being one of the few books to offer live betting on UFC and boxing.

I did a good job by staying aside and not betting on this fight. Werdum was my favorite and I was about to bet a win on the guy, but something told me that is starting to get past his prime.

I think im not going to bet on UFC until UFC 200. Im contemplating betting on Daniel Cormier. Guy is super talented, and even if he is way shorter than Bones, I think he is the one that can stop the annoying Bones unstoppable reign.

I was about to place my bet on parlay for Werdum - Rua - Cyborg. Could have suffered a loss on that Werdum fight and it's a bummer to see him just backpedal and run away from Miocic. Great fight for Cyborg, that knock out is really solid. Rua made it via slit decision. It's a good card, should have been better if Werdum made it as well.

Fabricio Werdum played like a stupid child and so many people lost their with that trap of bookies, i also placed my bet on him but Stipe Miocic looked like more solid player for his tricky technique and won this fight one sided.

Sad to read that you lost a bet on Werdum-Miocic fight. My first thought on this fight is really to Miocic as I was impressed with his previous fight's and I watched Fabricio Werdum's fight with Alistair Overeem and he looks like he is easy to get tired and just waiting for the right timing or he just playing possum.

I don't see how he ran away, in fact his mistake was the opposite, he was charging against him going right forward to him and he got knocked the fuck out because his defense and overall posture was sloppy and all over the place. Miocic waited for the mistake and he swallowed that punch which left him at the floor with a face that resembled those masks with his face he was trying viralize with.
