Seriously, calm down. Markets are about as stable as anti-matter these days, but they have always trended upwards and unless you have reason to think they won't, they'll continue to do so. Justr because the fall from $30 to $20 feels like more than a fall from $1.00 to $0.66, doesn't mean it's not exactly the same. Mining appears to require dedicated machines these days; too much work. So I have to buy them or figure out something to sell for them...

I don't think I'm being hyperbolic though: if you check the history bitcoin did pretty much the same % "flood crash" on many an occasion. I'm not one of these chart voodooist "everything is cyclical" types, I'm just using the evidence available to me because I don't think the social situation has changed at all.
