It gives me a pretty solid taste of mining and also gives me the option to upgrade. I am looking for FPGA in the US only. (VA 22039) I prefer paypal; I am verified.

Power isn't really a factor, so hardware cost is everything. If I can get my hashes the same price or cheaper sticking to GPU mining I will do so because I have the know-how and experience now.
