RISE is probably a bad idea.

You really want to invest in a real estate development company at the peak of an ICO and housing bubble? Bad timing bro.

Plus, RISE has nothing but a clone of lisk ripped from github and your money. You must have deep faith in them or just very gullible.

You, along with many others, are being scammed.  You did not do your research.  The Ethereum paradox and pandemic has spread to get rich quickers who fall for this crap. Wake the F up people.

How do you expect people to take you seriously, if you say that LTC is a good investment?
Lol

I agree it has great volumes, but there is no development.  ;D

There is the perfect amount of development.  Nothing is broken, it is self sustaining, there doesn't need to be an army of meth heads bombarding the system with code for useless tasks.
There doesn't have to be a correlation to true value of a coin and amount of development, that's where you are mistaken.
My investment in LTC over the last 2-3 years, although not life changing, was pretty damn good.
Anyways, dev roadmap releasing soon... 2 weeks ; )

-Capable of four times as many transactions as Bitcoin in a ten minute period. Frankly if payment processors had adopted Litecoin in the past year current Bitcoin block discussions would be irrelevant (and likely the price of both coins higher). Anyone who has watched these discussions understands the immediate advantage of a network with larger transactional capability.
-Faster confirmation times reduces the risk of double spending attacks.
-Anti-spam.
-Fast well established network. The fact is for most of Litecoins history the hashrate has been relatively high and secure.
-Continuous development: https://github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin/releases
-Upcoming new features and active development, along with the release of the highly anticipated roadmap: https://www.reddit.com/r/litecoin/comments/3z2ta1/ama_official_litecoin_developers_and_litecoin/
-Longevity. Many coins have temporarily eclipsed litecoin as they were marketed for the purpose of increasing the fiat accounts of a small group and emptying the accounts of new users. Unfortunately this has been detrimental to crypto-space in general.
-Great community.
-Fully supported by GoCoin a growing payment processor used by thousands of merchants https://www.gocoin.com/
-Liquidity and stability

Litecoin is the original shitcoin.

Eth is faster than litecoin and the network is bigger and more transactions.  Also it is more secure and useful than crap ltc.

Litecoin is dead

OP, you ask 10 different bitcointalk.org members which coin to invest in and you'll get 11 different answers.  I'd say stay far away from the poopcoins (pretty much anything other than bitcoin).  They're all risky, as is bitcoin itself.  But what the hell.  You only live once, gamble away.

There seem to have a lot of users have invested to WAVES which most of them as well feel this is a good token and that it has potential to go up. why dyou think its a bad idea?
Although there are much more revolutionary which they call DAO, RISE has also gain popularity these days. You should give your opinion as to why its a bad idea.

TBH, bitcoin is right now the best investment you can make with the coming halving.

Altcoins are only good as short term investments, just make sure that you keep that in mind. Dump 'em once they reach a reasonable price.

ETH and DAO is very different from being a short term investment. You should read their roadmap to see where these coins are going. BTC has its flaw and after halving the price will definitely plummet.
so stay tune how the next coin surpass btc.

Lol. i`m meant, that if he invested in it, he must to know for sure what he had done. And dont to ask other members.
What sense to ask other dudes, if you`ve bought it already?
Or he will sell them, if we say to him to do it?
Its just what i wanna tell to him.  Without any assessments of coins in which he invested.

I only invested what I made from profit from altcoin trading. Approx 0.25 in rise and 0.25 in waves  ;D

Even if I do lose it I won't be in a loss effectively  :P

It could go both ways.  Who knows what direction these ICO coins go or if these platforms really find any real world use or not.

But personally, I have never invested in an ICO.  I usually wait until these coins are actually traded in an exchange and see how they go.  The thing to look out for first is the volume.  High volume is always good.
