there are no unconfirmed TX sent to this address 12EwrctykFoNtABjvoGMXUaLqDthEvYE5z
i would guess the wallet you are using isn't in sync with the rest of the network.
and thats why its saying "pending payment"

maybe you mean you sent a payment from this address to another address and that payemnt hasnt confirmed yet?

please post the address you sent the payment to.

What wallet are you using?? Coinbase or blockchain? If blockchain there are some case that blockchain got problem of pending for many days and maybe the real problem their is the sender maybe he didnt realy pay you try to ask some other info to him, but try to wait more maybe it is such normal problems of delay in blockchain.

^This. ATM, I don't see any pending/unconfirmed payments in your address, neither incoming nor outgoing. Which wallet are you using btw? Could you copy/paste the transaction ID of the payment which is showing pending in your wallet? Maybe it was removed or wasn't broadcasted in the first place.

I just checked, and you have no pending transactions going out or coming in. Maybe your online wallet just says pending when it really isn't.

Wow three days to confirm, the longest on mine was 12 hours and was on panic then I thought my bitcoin was totally lost,so there are possibilities that your transaction can reach up to three days,I think this is not good what could have cost such issue?

We have to know what bitcoin wallet you are using, but I am assuming Blockchain which is famous for these problems. If the sender has sent you and have used not the recommended fee or below it this transaction may well be lost or you haven't sync your wallet if you are using Multibit or Electrum. Use a wallet which automatically sends for you the recommended fee like Electrum.

Pending payments are caused of blockchain. sometimes they can't accommodate all of the traffic they get or sometimes server failure to process all the in and out transactions. Sometimes it take 24hrs before it fix we can do nothing about this. The only way we can do is to wait and to wait and to wait until it comes to our receivers wallet.

He haven't stated that it is address from blockchain in OP. It is quite likely that he have invested in some cloud mining or hyip and expecting payout but that will never came as most of those sites are possible scams. We should wait till OP reply.
