În monday i lost everything here and i need this money for diplomatic paper that allows me to get in Romania.
From a 2 days planified trip now, i slept în train station for a week.
Dont come with not even a suggestion. I already tried everything.

Just go to the same bank and they will open the atm machine to take your card out for you, do you not have online banking? So you could just send money to someone in budapest.

Or if you are really stuck sell you phone and try to auto stop to go back to your country.

I already tried to autostop to go to boarder without Id card. I was left on hughway when i told him and by luck i found a shel at 5 km and someone took me Back to Budapesta.

70 EUR is not nothing, and to be honest your story is just full of plotholes and contradictions, and you can call your family or friends with the phone you are using to post here, you can send an email to someone you know. And surely you didn't go to budapest without telling anyone, they must be worried for you and already started looking for you if you have been gone a week while you should have come back in just 2 days.
Go to a church and explain to them your situation, surely some godly people will chip in for your ticket back home.

Well i try to contact friends, sites like i love Budapesta or hire în hungary or community of romanian în Budapesta or a lot of things like this.
