Depending on your wallet, you may be able to delete the transaction from your wallet and resend it with a high fee so that it gets confirmed. However, it does have many inputs and that may still slow you down. Given the size of your transaction, a high enough fee would be about 0.0269364BTC. He's now got 30BTC in transactions that are extremely unlikely to ever get confirmed.
