Of course the potentials will be filled if he keeps on posting everyday. This is not my account but I just want to justify your statement. To explain his account, he probably stopped posting when he has 240 activity and less than 300 posts. He then posted at least once every to weeks to get the potential activity. The potential activity will only be filled if/when he posted something after the account had acquired the potential activity.
