Title: VPS users, help me (specially if you are Interserver user) Post by: Anoona on May 15, 2016, 09:57:15 PM I purchased a VPS from Interserver, but when I want to connect via VNC viewer I obtain this message
"The connection was refused by the host computer" (not original message, just translated from spanish lol) Any help? I changed the service because of the bad support in English. I switched to Digitalocean.com. Maybe this is also an option for you.

Maybe you have tried this already, from their support page: https://www.interserver.net/tips/kb/how-to-remote-desktop-to-vps/ I only use digital ocean and ssh (linux vps) so I can't offer any more help with Interserver. Just thought I'd post a link if you still haven't been able to log in properly. By using VNC I assumed you are using a Windows VPS?
