Our debit cards issued by our banking partner are sometimes rejected by ATM's. If we had your country and the ATM's you tried to withdraw cash from that would be beneficial. Our support will respond to you through email, but there should be no issues with your card. You should try it in a store to verify it works.

If I were you I would wait it out and then make sure to find a reliable party. It can't be a coincidence that so many people are having problems these days.
