Title: Btcbump - bump your thread | Price updated
Post by: johny1976 on May 16, 2016, 10:46:31 PM
Hi,

tired of not having your thread on the top of the category? Tired of bumping your own thread?
Let's do something about it!

Meet BtcBump - we'll bump your thread at a given time every day - TO THE TOP!

https://i.imgur.com/pHhLP7N.png

https://www.btcbump.com/

How does it work?
Register -> enter bump bitcointalk account -> specify thread -> write down bumping text -> set bumping time -> deposit funds

How much does it cost?

1 bump costs 0.0001 BTC
If you deposit 0.1 BTC, we'll be bumping your thread every day for 1000 days

Is it legal?
You can use one bump per day.

General bumping guideline: No more than one bump per day per topic, and no more than ~1.25 bumps per day across all of a user's topics on average. "Bumps" are mostly or entirely useless replies, not replies that actually contain useful info.

Update
We're lowering price for each bump to 0.0001 BTC

GL with your threads!

Johny & team

I really doubt anyone will use your service. 45 cents (0.001) is just too much for something that will take them a minute at most, and even if they were gone on vacation or something they still wouldn't pay this price. Are the bumps done by a bot you wrote, or are they done manually? Also, what account is used for the bumping or is a new one created for each thread?

So you bought that bumpbot for 0.02BTC and are now monetizing your investment? Awesome business sense over there, kudos!

Why shouldn't I bump the thread myself? After all, all it takes is less than 10 seconds to bump the thread.

Actually this is expensive like people said above me, I can bump my thread just posting it, take less than 10 minutes, your price is expensive than signature campaign fee per post. And what kind of account and posting you use to bump the thread?

I remember long back someone offering the same service for free.No one was interested in as
->Its a third party website to login
->Not secure

In your case .
->Too expensive for nothing.

I don't really mind posting one comment in 24 hours to save 0.001BTC.People are not that lazy.

Nice innovation :) I like it...  8)

Can you set a start/stop date?  I could see some people may want to use it if they are going to be out of town/vacation and not able to bump themselves.

Thanks for feedback. Account must be specified (you can create a special account for your bumps or you can use your existing one).

That was the original idea but the bot was so poorly coded that we made our own bot.

Why shouldn't I bump the thread myself? After all, all it takes is less than 10 seconds to bump the thread.

Surely you can bump your thread yourself.

Thank you for feedback. We originaly made this service just for ourselves. Then we came up with an idea to let others use it, too. But of course, if that's really important for our custommers (not only a SPAM), they have to show us by paying the price.

"People are not that lazy" - that's just a guess. Let's see.

Thanks for idea, I like it. Will talk about it with my partner.

The prize is a bit high as already almost everyone said, but I would like to know ... who/what actually bumps the thread?, you have disposable accounts for that?, I read in your thread that that is not against the rules, really?, are you sure it is OK to bump someone else's thread? (in case you are using bogus accounts, other than that, why would people trust their login credentials to you?).

Hi,

you don't have to give us your credentials, you can actually create a new Bitcointalk account just for bumping and give us credentials of that one to use.

Good move.  At this price point your far more likely to attract some interest.
