I am offering a service where I buy items on eBay with my PayPal and you can pay me in Bitcoin. I sell on localbitcoins for PayPal and it would be faster for me to buy items on eBay for your Bitcoins. Obviously I want to do this so I can make my USD->BTC faster and I am making money, so I will give you a discount. We can use localbitcoins for escrow if you would like.
