why are you worried as a buyer!!!

when you buy bitcoin via perfect money or anything else like paypal you are the one paying with money and you are the one who can charge back

As i know it is not so easy to do chargeback with Perfect Money, so we can say it is safest service then PayPal, but more important for you shold be looking for member with long and good reputation. Most important rule is always make deal ONLY with trusted members!

You are false. If you pay with PerfectMoney, you can't get charge back and transaction cannot be canceled. So it's very different from Paypal. It's a bit risky to buy bitcoins with perfectmoney, so I recomend to buy it only from trusted members trusted or exchanges.

What he is trying to say is that the buyer doesn't actually run any risk provided of course the seller sends the Bitcoin first. Not sure about PM but with PayPal the seller is risking that the buyer will chargeback after he receives the coins. That is the main reason most sellers will ask the buyer to send the money as gift.

In PerfectMoney system chargeback isn't possible. As I know this payment system mainly created for various ponzi, pyramid schemes and HYIPs, this is why chargeback isn't possible. We can't compare PerfectMoney and Paypal, because PP is legal company, and PerfectMoneys I think isn't fully legal.

I am simply asking because before i ask in currency section to buy via perfect money to avoid replies like it's not safe or can be reversed and so on.

Thanks for all the replies I bought btc via perfect money today but the fees are crazy over there.

I think it's safe, just do transaction with the trust one or you can go to Currency exchange section and find who accept exchange perfect money to bitcoin.

buy from an exchanger that accepts payments from perfect money. i know c-cex accepts perfect money. also you don't need to worry about reversal if you are the buyer since you are receiving bitcoin and paying money.

I actually prefer perfect money over PayPal. I don't like PayPal's reverse charge feature. Perfect money has been around for a very long time and it well trusted. I've never had any problems. Also you are the buyer so if you use escrow I wouldn't really worry to be honest. Just make sure whoever you exchange with is legit, I would be more worried about that then my payment method.

Same here, i prefer using perfect money for exchange than on paypal. I always sucess exchange bitcoin to perfect money though and it's more safer.

Honestly i already test perfectmoney to buy bitcoin in changer.com never experience any issue about perfect money to bitcoins.. you can also verified your pm just like paypal but charge back don't know if it is possible. but as my experience never had a problem in that company..
Maybe we are heard many ponzi and HYIP scheme in pm but you can see more trust score in the list of perfectmoney business partner to choose the best and trusted site to exchange your usd to bitcoins..

I also used Perfect Money before without any troubles and even sites like AsMoney for interest on Bitcoin savings. I must disclose that this is always for small amounts, because I like to experiment and test sites and their features. You should follow the same approach, and just use it for small amounts to reduce your risk. ^smile^
