Splendid. I bought some ETH during a peak some time ago and numbers were consistently in the red in the last weeks/months. With a value over 0,029 BTC I'm not gonna complain.

When it touches $3, I will buy 10,000 Etheruem and then sell at $15. That is $120,000 profit. So lets do it.

The price has dropped 10% from today's peak. So it is correcting at the moment. It might rise again.

The cloth has been touched and its pushing through the next layer towards $15.

It will have some dips though, the question is when will the next major dip going to happen. Remember it was at around 11 then it went down to around 7 just weeks ago.

ETH has a couple of good pumps left within itself before it starts to deflate to single figures again, what im wondering is when to gamble and get in to profit from said pumps and dumps so I can make some extra BTC out of the ridiculous hype.

I would say more like 80-90% get it wrong when they're trying to predict market movements. Always said like it's an infallible truth and sometimes they even have market graphs with circles and arrows on it. Yeah, that'll do it  ::)

It might drop to around 0.018 and consolidates there. That will make mining less profitable for some miners.

The price is steady above $12. The price drop from 0.033 to 0.022 is partly caused by the 20% rise of bitcoin.

Something is wrong with the new soft fork software. So the soft fork is paused pending new amendment.

Yet the price hasn't reacted as it did during the Reddit DAOwar debacle. Why isn't the volatility there anymore? This market reacts on the slightest news historically. In other words, what is sustaining the price at the moment? I don't think the price movement is natural.

I have been confused as to why the price fluctuated upward recently. I didn't think anyone would have the balls to speculate on this pre fork, was there some news? Even if an update dropped, I don't understand how it would affect the price, again because of the giant evil fork looming in the distance.

I think the price will be between $550 to $850 in the next 3 to 4 months to consolidate. Then it will rise to $1000.

I downloaded the Eth Wallet, and found out your private keys and Ether are held offline in cold storage.
Seems a good idea as if I lose my phone, I can simply log in again on another device and my Eth is still there.
However, now we're back to centralisation, with someone holding control over everyone's Private keys.

It might trade between $14 to 18 in the next few days. If there is no big dump from the DAO holders, the price could go higher.

The Ethereum price is dropping at the moment. I think that is due to the revival of the Ethereum Classic.

Eth will Hit $20 early August

I am not sure about that. If the ETC is killed by the DAO hacker in the next few days, $20 could be for ETH.

I heard some bitcoin whales are moving to the ETC and want to pump the ETC to very high price. But that is just a rumour.

But if the ETC price is pumped by the bitcoin whales, then the price could drop a lot when they dump.

When the DAO hacker does not dump her/his coins, the ETC price might not drop a lot. People are move to ETC from bitcoin.

The purpose of the DAO hacker is to make money, so he will dump the ETC eventually. But he might do it secretly.

a lot of us have been waiting for prices such as $3 to get in because the real value of Ethereum should be a lot less than what it is right now. this coin is not capable of competing with other giants in altcoin market and also one negative aspect that ethereum has and people usually forget is that there is a lot of supply available.

We don't know yet what is the bottom price on ETH and as I checked now at Poloniex its price is still 0.008+ which is very low to consider $6 is almost half of the price on previous months I don't know whats the reason behind this price drop but I see it as a normal thing on most alts out of the market.Im also waiting on its bottom price before I would decide to buy ETH.

The ETH price has risen a lot recently.

The price has already reached $28. It seems that the price might rise again if there is more good news.

The price of the ETH is quite stable recently. It is very good.

It is not only stable but also really high. More than $40 for quite some time now. I guess that by May it may become worth around $55 and stabilize there. I think those who say the price was/is pumped just underestimate this coin and don't think about it being quite innovative and open to further changes. So some day it may become as good as bitcoin is and in case btc somehow dies, eth along with litecoin will become the best one.

The price of Ethereum has been aroudn $50 for several weeks. I think that is quite amazing.

Someone told me Ethereum was a big scam in 2014, so I missed the ICO. Wish I could go back then  :(

I guess now is too late for investment in ethereum. I believe one day it will reach $1k but I don't think this is going to happen this or even next year. That is why now it is better to stick to cheaper currencies like litecoin and maybe xrp, for these have potential to grow in a few times in about a month or two from now. There is huge risk in buying eth now, I guess it is better to do that at least after a successful switch to pos, for let's not forget that eth can still crush.

This is why it is better to make our own mistakes than to make the mistakes of others, because now you will always wonder what it may have been and you will regret it for quite some time.

haha same here didnt invest bc of other people back then with the ico. lesson learned. Becouse of this I didnt want to invest in eth anymore since the ico price was .2cents/eth but should not have acted like a child and when eth was arrounf the 1b marketcap for some time I should have bought back in. Now I think its realistic to say its a bit to late for huge gains since x2 is already surpasing btc current cap. Eth did very well and im happy for all the wealth it created for all my crypto collegues
