If you don't have your private key, and you have lost everything including your wallet identifier, password, and your secret passage, and your email recovery doesn't work then I'm sorry, you'd probably have to kiss goodbye to your coins. :-\

Next time make sure you store the private key somewhere safe. If you own the private key you will always own the bitcoins.

How about you start providing us with specific information? Just saying that you've lost everything does not help. What service are you using exactly? Blockchain.info? What happens exactly when you try recovering via the e-mail? Have you tried to contact the support?

To recover wallet from blockchain.info you either need mnemonic or the identifier. The identifier is a dash separated lowercase bit of text: 4fav67f-ej87f9-c6ek5
The mnemonic is a 17 word bit of text, like: cosmos, skill, memory, tree, kennel...

The identifier was probably emailed to you by blockchain.info so check your mail.
I guess it is also possible to get the identifier by contacting blockchain.info support, and it might your best option.

Is the private key service g the same function like the . DAT file, for me I only save that file, do I need to save both

Without private key your coins are gone. I am afraid that you will not be able to recover the money.

Try connecting with blockchain support if they can help. But it will be very difficult for you to validate you identity as the owner of your bitcoin account.

Al the best!

You tried mail recover but it does not work ? It's weird, because the last time i used mail recover, i can recover my identifier and my wallet on blockchain.

ok ill check the mail and it was blockchain,

i saved all my data in a old computer which crashed and could not have it recovered , that's the problem.

Well you can still get your identifier by contacting blockchain.info support.

Also next time remember to keep you private key in a safe place

You can pick up from there.

Well have you tried to recover the hard disc? If you don't know how to do it you may try to find a specialist. It may cost some money so it depends on how much Bitcoins you've lost if it's worth it.

i don't think blockchain.info will simply give you the wallet's identifier by showing the address containing in the wallet,it'll sure will being refused due to security reason, the only way is through mail or will lost the btc as it mentioned on the blockchain's page

You're reffering to blockchain wallet, right?
AFAIK if you lost the password and identifier then there is no way of recovering it. It is written in their faqs that once you lost them they can't recover it for you because they don't have any data about that.

How much BTC was in that wallet ?
It's your fault that you didn't make copies of all the information related, computer crash, hard disk failure, stolen PC... anything can happen and if you keep just a copy of the important stuff you have then you will end up stuck and losing everything once you lose your only copy.
Piece of advice to anyone: write down and print your seed, mnemonic, private key or anything that can be used to recover you wallet properly, and don't lose that piece of paper either.

unfortunately they do NOT keep a copy of your password on file.. it says so in the faq.

you cannot RESET your password.. since they dont have any way to know what your old password is..

what you do to reset your blockchain.info is use those 12 words that you wrote down when you signed up.. YOU DID THAT RIGHT? they made sure to point out how important that was..

you use those 12 words to make a new account with a new email and password.. then all is good..

OP just pointed out that he only have an address,so,the conclusion, the btc can't be taken and it'll lost,i don't think someone who lost his email and his wallet identifier ever write down his seed sentence

Why is your email recovery option not working? did you use a fake email to sign up? recently changed my blockchain.info password using forgot password option without any problem

To be honest, you have nothing, and most likely it is attemt to hack someone else Bitcoin address. If it would be possible everyone can hack account of every other person.

Nope dude! It is impossible!

If really it is your address, you can do nothing. Just forget and walk away..

I think there is no possibility for you to get your wallet back dude. even a great hacker will be very difficult to get back your wallet.
if you had lost memoniq as well. I think you can not do anything dude
you have to let this go. because the password will not be in the recover :/

go to your email and check there, blockchain send every person his/her identifier in the email at the time when someone register at there, and if you used the fak email then try to register that email(gmail, yahoo or what ever you used) and for the password i think you will have to provide mnemonic i also have heard from someone that passowrd is not recoverable, but it was long time ago, in recent time I have not checked that option.

How much money did you have in blockchain.info? I hope it wasn't much. It was a bad idea to have your main Bitcoin stack in an online wallet anyway. I hope the loss is not big, because it looks like the coins are gone. If you lose your pass and identifier and don't have the private keys to sign and do some sort of proof demonstration that you own it, there are no way to recover your coins. I would still try to email them and hope for luck.

I'm pretty sure you can't do anything with just wallet address alone.
If there is indeed a way to recover one's account with just wallet address, we should be scared because 'hackers' and professional social engineers will try to get their hands on multiple accounts if there was a way. Unfortunately for you, there is no way. Fortunately for us, there is no way.

Well, well, well, here we have another unresolved case from the worst possible bitcoin wallet of all time history. I am no kidding.
Is it so much difficult to install electrum or multibit (better electrum for newbies) , right down the SEED and store it on a safe USB which you only need to use when your PC crashes like the OP is saying.
Reinstall electrum on new PC and click RESTORE, enter the SEED words and voila you are back on track as if nothing had happened.
I wonder how many stories like this we will see from blockchain before people realize its the worst wallet of all time.

You must let it go, there is no chance on getting it back since you dont have any info on it or your just making this up. anyway next time store everything!

ahh, yes, its 100% blockchains fault because OP forgot his password, and his email, and his seed phrase.

You should’ve written the passphrase in your notebook or stored it as a note safely in your phone. It’s not easy if you just have an email to verify identification; you could probably contact support and you can try to verify your identity by telling them the recent transactions that you have made and how much is stored in your wallet.

Use the seed to recover your wallet privatekeys, from there you can export to any desktop wallet you like, I suggest electrum, the best I have used.

That was a big problem man , we cannot help you for recovering you account you have lost everything that is important that is on the blockchains database i guess . You have tried all the necessary action but still nothing happened . Have you ever tried to contact the blockchain ? I guess they would be also unable to help you with that problem .

You're probably using blockchain.info's new wallet, which doesn't allow you to export a seed. Just download Electrum, and send your blockchain.info funds to the Electrum address.

um i have blockchain.info's new wallet and not only can i export a seed i can also see EVERY private key for all my addresses..

its very transparent.
