I think it is because of the pay_email scope, I should have also the pay scope. It's ok now, I e-mail again the xapo devs and got the pay scope enabled. But I will not yet recommend the direct payment, the BTC address and accumulated bits are not regestering to the database, need to add a command and table for that.
