You can clearly see that there is an unusual formation of a white tiger approaching from the east AND the west.  This is extremely bearish!  The main bearish signal is the purple arrow though.

Okay, the volume glowing is just plain cool. How does one do the glowing?

I don't know, but the type of antialising suggests matplotlib. The areas would then be simple heatmaps in standard coloring.
Is the code somewhere available? github preferrably?

Clearly this is a bullish chart as there is no purple arrow and 31*3 = 93.
