Hmm, not too obvious to me.

If it drops below $3, I will buy a lot and then sell at $15 again. I will do some range trading and become rich.

On the lower end, I would go for Cloakcoin. (shamelessly promoting my own stake)

Your plan will fail. When it drops to $3 you'll get scared it can go to zero and won't buy.

Pick 20 coins at random and spend 1/20th of whatever money you're looking to spend on each coin.  Take your profit whenever you make it.

ETH and XMR.

They each solve problems that BTC doesn't. BTC is good for some purposes, ETH for others, and XMR for others.

I think most people know about ETH and what it does so I won't repeat the info here.

For XMR (Monero), I also think most people know what it is, but maybe are not familiar with why it's the best private coin:

• Fair launch
• Untraceable
• Completely decentralized (vs Dash and others which are semi-centralized, relying on masternodes. If the same entity owns the set of masternodes used to mix your Dash, you can be traced)
• Pure open-source without a trusted setup (Zcash requires a trusted setup...which is an inherent security risk and weakness built into the coin)

GPUCoin.  Can't go wrong, it's so early yet you can get almost half a million coins for USD $50 but it's not on any exchange yet.
