To unpix it a total of 0.06 BTC needs to be sent in order to unlock it and make it visible for everyone.

Yep there's proof that address has 0.05BTC inside it. But we have no idea if that QR code is really the private key of that address. It can be another wallet's private key or some random QR code. Also, can you please sign a message for that address to prove that it's yours? (Actually it doesn't matter if it yours, The code is the one that is important here ::) )

A what? you need to send 0.06 BTC to get 0.05 BTC. It's like keep waiting till the people fill the pot and take it away? Why would the initial people fund the pot.

Yes, its a lottery in a way, with interesting dynamics, especially ones there is only <0.05 left to be funded.

I understand you need to insure profit but rather it be random.
where even the first person could win.

Maybe have it be more of a bingo ticket your buying and once you
hit .06 for everyone that did it they get a ticket in a random drawing?

In my opinion this game does not worth it.. You can send a big chunk of the requested amount and still get nothing or you can actually sent nothing and get the private key. This is assuming that the QR code is actually the private key to that address which is not even confirmed yet.

Its an interesting new concept of game, but i don't understand if private key will be showed aleatory or only when received the 0.06 btc amount.
Also, i'm not sure if its safe to invest, provably could be better using an escrow.

To get the private key worth 0.05 btc. total 0.06 btc needs to be sent then what is the use of that when the price is lower then the spent price higher , who enter in starting have high risk.

The OP is online but he hasn't responded to any of the replies. LOL and someone did send 10.6 mBTC on that address. Smells fishy to me. ::) I wonder why would "someone" be the initial depositor if he knows that he'll get nothing by being the first one to deposit.

so in this game, even people who didn't sent any amount to the address can get the private key IF he is just right in time to scan the QR code first right after someone sent the required remaining amount? you could cheat it in a way that there is a scrypt that will auto send the balance to your 2nd address once there is enough funds

And if no one sends anything, no one gets a chance to win.

There have been a few small deposits so far. And again, if no one is first, it won't go anywhere. So maybe its worth it to chip in a few bits just to make it move. ;)

Yes, but the one to send the filling amount is going to have a timing advantage.
I am not here to cheat on you guys, if I did, I'd start with something like worth "cheating" for. But 20$? Heh

Maybe if it was kind of random or hidden so that if the person that sends the BTC that hits the 0.06 is shown the code and only that person, it does not make much sense to reveal it to everybody.

The blur algo actually allowed the revelation of the QR code much earlier then expected.

What if 5 people tipped 0.01 so the total amount of tip the address receive is 0.05 and then i immediately tip the 0.025 to make a total of 0.075 so i get the private key for the address ? Or everyone will see the private key ?

Do you mean the private key of 0.05 is behind in the qr code? we need a tool to convert it or not?

He dint mean you will cheat , but I think he has got logic in what he is saying , someone can use script and scan the qr code once enough amount is received . I like the idea of this btw , but only problem as many stated is , that initial depositors get nothing .


Everyone will see it , take a look the previous one ( 0.05 ). That's the issue , those who are right on time may grab it before you.

Well that is not actually fair because we all will tip the address to get the Private key but at the end a person who did not tipped any penny comes in and takes the advantage and walk away :/ .

Yup that's what  I am talking about , Interesting game though . OP must think of something which includes these
1. Even the first depositor must have a chance to win the amount
2. Only the winner must see the private key ( This shouldn't be difficult ).

I have an idea on how to do this. ::) How about he just look at the transaction history of the address given by unpix and just pick a random user out of that list of depositors. Since he posted this thread in reddit and in this forum, then he can easily inform the depositors about the rules. But the picture of QR code already has a depositor/s.

Maybe you move the 0.05BTC to another wallet. So even if they get the private key of the given wallet, there will be a raffle first. Just a suggestion though.

In this game there's only one winner and that's the owner of this unpix.in link. People will totally pay 0.065 BTC and one will receive 0.05 BTC. Other 0.015 BTC is the profit of the competition creator.
