So, I currently have about 6 BTC and I was wondering if buying the C.A.T Trading Bot (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=507103.0) would be worth it.

Things I'd like to know:
Is there a big chance of me losing money utilizing it?
Would I see a return on my investment soon?
Any additional information you'd like to add...

The effectiveness of trading bots is unproven. Does this particular one have a track record that you can independently verify? How do you know it isn't a scam?

Is there a big chance of me losing money utilizing it? - There is always a chance losing money in trading be it automated or manual.

Would I see a return on my investment soon? - As in return of investment in buying C.A.T, that depends on your trade outcome. Having a bigger volume helps in arbitraging and in due time you can cover the cost of purchase.

Been using C.A.T and other software's alike for sometime now. Honestly feel that it's worth it if you know what you're doing of cause.

1 post new guy, I think u should first spend some time reading about crypto and investment opportunities. No bot will magically make u money.

I agree, I have tried to use trading bot, it's suck as hell, especially with bitcoin trading bot, it's can't follow the trends. I think use indicators for trading is better than use bot, but first need to learn how to trading.

It looks interesting enough, maybe playing around with it could prove to be profitable.

You can check yobit.net where most of the trades are by bots scamming lots of people but don't know which bots they use. Bots automatically buy and sell on margin but i haven't tried any trading bots my self. Have heard lots of those bots don't work at all. I will suggest try to trade manually with small amount at first and than try your luck with bigger amount after you recognise crypto market.

A bot is just a software which does what u tell it to do. So it s all about settings of the bot and market conditions. Can it be profitable? Can you lose money? Oh, yes.
