Post by: huntalan81 on May 22, 2016, 10:44:09 AM
Hi all,

What altcoin can I mine with an Asic USB miner? What altcoin is maybe profitable with 4 Gh/s ?

best bet is to go to this http://solo.ckpool.org/ website.
mine by your self and hope you get a block. its nearly impossible but you never know. 4GHS will earn you less than 1 cent a day.

Have a look here, there are all SHA-256 coins listed which you can mine with the stick:

At that site you can mine only x11, not sha256.

you could also go for a profit switching pool, and let them figure out which coin you should mine:

For example: https://www.clevermining.com/

TBH, their picks are not always the best ones, but at least they keep their list updated. If you do this manually, it'll take a lot of time on a monthly basis.

with 4 ghs, you won't make very much. The new ant miners have 1000x the hashing power

Ok, but sha256 is only BTC.

Ok, but sha256 is only BTC.

Please do at least some basic research if you are going to make claims, you are not helping anyone.
Currently available coins on zpool.ca's SHA256 pool:

Gamerholic, Grow, Alpa, Trolltokens, Bitcoin21, Digibyte (sha256), Zeta, Dubai, Posex, Neos, Aurora, AnarchistsPR, Terra, Katz, Evotion, Tit, Maza, Petrodollar, Parallel, BitPound, Nuke, Embargo, Joule, Swing, Digital (sha256), and BitBoss.

Merge mining with:

Myriad, Unobtanium, Sys, and Dev

Last 24hr profitability: 0.0039 BTC/TH/day

You will not see 0.0039, assume 5-10% lower earning based on coin-switching and server resets.
I can verify this I have made excellent profits on this pool with my sha256 miners.

Auto-switch mining of coins, get paid in the coin of your choosing, including BTC.

OK, where are you? Because if you are so far the shipping price would be high. I am at Central Europe.
