A newbie with 1-2 posts asking for a loan without collateral is just a fisher of naive members. He creates his 5th (10th, 20th, 50th ...) account, asks for a loan and leaves. He knows the rules and knows about collateral, but he doesn't care about it. Also he doesn't care about negative trust or his member's reputation, because after a while he'll create a new account. He doesn't care to answer member's questions. He cares the one thing only - maybe some new and naive chump will believe his promise and will be tempted to send Bitcoin.
