Don't you know about Trusted Escrow providers of bitcointalk? if not then you have to find them. you can find them in service section. there was a list of escrow providers but I am not getting it. but you can find them easily. I don't think you should contect everyone to escrow. even skype is more worst for that. chance of getting scammed is very high here and you have to be careful. Here is the link to the list of escrows in this forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0 Some of them don't accept Bitcointalk account trades and some would ask for a fee for their service's so better check them first. Escrow's that doesn't ask for a fee doesn't mean their service is far from the one ones with fee's but better give them a tip than nothing. They don't go looking around either, so they probably won't drop their skype on your thread. I'd advise you to take action first and contact them.
