https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=303281.0 You might want to consider paying a small deposit to start the work, with the remainder in escrow. Also, consider writing up a small scope of work that boths sides agree on on what is being delivered and what the expectations are on both sides. If a major change is agreed on mid-project, consider a change document that spells out what that change ie and any increased costs. Don't forget to discuss after support and any kind of a transition period to help get any development live and operational. |
