Post by: Rockovc on May 22, 2016, 11:18:02 PM
Hey guys

Been a lurker of the forum for a while, brilliant community with lots of talented people :)

I am in the midst of starting a cool crypto project and happen to have some paid work for a talented full stack developer who is quite savvy and has experience developing blockchain based applications

There is also potential for equity based partnership

Feel free to shoot me a message

Thank you

Just as a reminder, don't forget to use an escrow service.  I highly recommend using OgNasty Escrow here in the forums:

You might want to consider paying a small deposit to start the work, with the remainder in escrow. Also, consider writing up a small scope of work that boths sides agree on on what is being delivered and what the expectations are on both sides.  If a major change is agreed on mid-project, consider a change document that spells out what that change ie and any increased costs. Don't forget to discuss after support and any kind of a transition period to help get any development live and operational.
