From where do you ship the plastic card?
Are you using some websites like payeer to ship them?

They are shipped from the UK, if I am not mistaken payee is a german company.
Most people online register with this company to offer vcc and personalized debit cards.

What are the prices for cards, physical and VCC? Can they also be bought already loaded with certain sum?

Empty VCC: $1
Empty card: $10 + $15 shipping
You can load any amount from $5 to $2500

That's good if its true, because Sellers out there just use those websites to make VCCs, Good seller BTW.

I am hoping to offer a good service at a reasonable price, to make vcc is very cheap and people are overcharging people for something they get next to nothing.

These cards works with any account name? and do they have any panel where we can access and manage those cards like funding,statement etc or we have to ask you for these operations.

I haven't had enough funds to create a website, I have to do this manually and once I have enough money it will have that feature, the company I use offers all this and you can receive the statement via email if you wish.

I'm not very familiar with subject, is it legal to create credit/debit cards like this? Could I get in some troubles using them?

Its legal to create vcc, even a few banks supply these just like VBA. you can choose an anonymous card or a card that has your information.

you cannot withdraw from the vcc, you can only use it to purchase online
And yes you can verify your paypal account.

I want to buy cards i think but i have a few qeustions.
Does the empty card has his own unique IBAN account number?

If yes, can i send a SEPA transfer to the card and then withdraw it for example?
And also every IBAN has it's country code, like the polish card it starts with PL and than iban number.

They come from Germany so they have a german IBAN?
Please provide me with this information so i know if i can make a order.

I hope this is not the Viabuy card. If so, there are quite a lot of information missing, like that they freeze incoming bank / SEPA transfers for 14 days and  yearly fee of the card is about 100€

each card has its own iban and thats what an iban is used for.
