Yes it was pre junior account when Kozan started out on Sportsbet.io signature campaign. I noticed him because he was spamming everywhere to rank up fast. He was senior by the end of the week. So he bought it as potential hero account from Neotox.

I'm not talking about the kozan account itself, but rather about the account that was used to contact neotox and buy the potential hero (asuming the transaction took place at bitcointalk, you'd have to use a different account for that aswell).

Beautiful.   This is exactly why account sales should be banned.  I don't buy the argument that they'll just happen elsewhere.   That's a stupid excuse for not banning something.

He probably won't get banned and for good reason too.

This is a new level of trolling. I feel bad for those who got scammed, and worse for the scammer who thinks everything in life is measured with money.
As for kralle, if it is a ban evasion then all confirme alt accounts should be banned, many alt accounts buster will have a sweet time unraveling this.
A suggestion to the admins to avoid new trolls and ban evasion, instore an invite only registration and the inviter will be responsible for the invitee's actions to not be giving invites easy.

and then throw away.
I am surprised why are people so gullible, I even not trust 5$ him(when he ask me loan)

There is a lot of problem with guys here.If you look over the scam cases related to this scammer all the victims decided to go without escrow trusting  on the basis of his high rank-Hero member and not his past trade feedbacks.They all went on without escrow and paid the price.This is a good lesson for those who still go without escrow.
