you realise you used the unconfirmed output of aec0459953712160943e33c4659ffa5ced21a3e41762374864f81225130d0e8f to create 6da5b9e7dae99fa32f82a2d27ecc9a59a1ae5761158af509c3b799247a4868a7 ?

That being said, your transaction is 437 bytes and has a fee of 10.000 satoshi's. That's 22 satoshi's per byte.
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ says the recommanded fee is 50 satoshi's per byte at the moment. There are two options :
1) wait, maybe rebroadcast the transaction once in a while. you did add a fee, so if the transaction isn't forgotten by the network, it'll probably be confirmed after a while.
2) RBF/double spend some of the inputs

Im a bit lost, what did i do wrong? i know i sent twice to the same address, or i sent to two different addresses.

What step should I take from here?

i tried after googling to rebroadcast but i got only errors back "this has already been broadcast" or something similar.

how do i do option 2?

EDIT: of course, as soon as i start posting all over, it works. thanks for the help.

So, option 1 it was ;)
To avoid this problem in the future, you should educate yourself about bitcoin fees... The larger the transaction (in bytes, not in the ammount of coins transferred), the more fees are needed to enlarge the chance of getting added to the next block. It's all averages and statistics tough, so you should try to maximize your chances by adding sufficient fees (if you want a fast confirmation)
