You need to have or be willing to install a vault/safe to handle cash and valuables and be well organised to enter trades on the exchange site .
We are creating this now because there is a very real risk of normal exchangers having their bank accounts seized. Sending cash through the mail also introduces the risk of theft and loss so it doesnt involve that either. The exchange will not be buying and selling itself it will be an organisational entity only.
