If Member or full member you need sufficient amount of trades done with paypal (light green trust rating) before I sent to you first.
After first successful trade then I will reduce the rate to normal 29% then down to 25%.

No exchanges for more than 0.1btc unless you have light green trust from previous trades.

It looks like your account might be purchased after most of your trust was received.

I meant the trades were done by me as of November not when I bought the account which was late October.
I should of worded my response in this way :
The trust designated to me was given after I bought the account in late October 2015 but my first trade was on November 12, 2015.

Just did an exchange for my BTC with his paypal. Deal went pretty smoothly. This is my 4th exchange with him and he is one of the best and trusted currency exchangers here.

As you can see on the first page of this thread with no prior trade history in paypal (or with anyone for that matter :-[ ) it will be 25% since you are of newbie status and second thing is that you must send first.
If you agree to both these requirements then send me a pm so we can start our initial first trade.
If the first trade happens without any problems then the second one can occur after a 24 hour period.

Just finished a trade with mixan it was all very smooth and quick. Recommended.

Hope to be at your service again and it will be a much more smoother trade since the "the first trade is over" has been completed then it will be at an even lesser rate for the second one once done.
Note: This was not a test transaction with this member but considered a true exchange. It was for a large amount not to just get the discount rate to apply towards the second exchange we will do. ;)

Yes the blockchain was suffering a bit from the hack attempts all over the net in the last little while since yesterday you can notice all services have been slowed a bit.
It did not show up when I sent usually immediately on the blockchain but even blockr.io showed it before it did, which was strange.

For any potential future transactions you must post on my selling thread with your request.

The rate is non-negotiable because I am doing this for the benefit of people who have no prior trade history using this payment method and are just newbie status here. It is to your benefit to do this do this deal and not mine, thus the high rate. But it is the same that paypal charges it's customer for doing any sort of internal transfers but they do not deal with bitcoins, and I do. The other businesses that do deal in bitcoin transmission charges the same rate but sometimes 30-45% (like virwox and paxful) for unverified accounts. And I  don't ask for any verification what so ever, just a note to be written in the note's section before sending the funds to me.
