Title: Quoted Posts Notifications Post by: SparkyU on May 27, 2016, 09:51:24 PM The forum needs a software update. The most basic feature such as a quoted post notification is nowhere to be seen. If someone quotes you then you get a message so you can reply, it's pretty simple. The only workaround I've found is going back through all the posts I've made and seeing if anyone said anything to me, which is a real pain in the ass. I'm sure I've missed some messages from people alone the way, but I'm not searching hundreds of posts f that.
Seriously admins, why isn't this a feature here? It's 2016 and I would be hard pressed to find a forum that DIDN'T have this option. Looks like I found the only one... If you see a thread showed up in there meaning there is a new reply in it then just check it if someone quoted your post, yea? That's what I am doing. :D

A reply to your post could get buried among a lot of other posts in popular threads. If you get back after a week's vacation, you don't want to go through all threads trying to see if anybody has quoted your post.
