I'll save the other spammers some work.  Paypal is an easily reversible payment method, whereas bitcoin is irreversible.  So the likelihood of someone trading their BTC for a newbie's paypal is close to zero.  Sending first or using an escrow won't work either.  Try paying with an irreversible method, like cash.

I wouldn't trade with him if I were you, he could easily chargeback with a click of a button.  Just my warning.
