You didn't provide enough proof that he scammed you (PMs , conversation on Skype or other social media websites , Transaction screenshot etc...) If he really did scam you as you claim , I'm sorry but it's your fault ... I mean who deal with a "Brand new" account without a single post and trust history and without an escrow and expect to get a smooth transaction ? @mki8 Racist .
