The Federal Financial Monitoring Service's (Rosfinmonitoring), released the plan to TV stations and newspapers across the country.
Deputy Director of Rosfinmonitoring, Pavel Livadny, hopes that the new currency will be more convenient for Russians, and reduce the costs related to financial transactions.
