 I believe that the price rise and the crowd funding ending time of the DAO is more than just a co incidence..

the DAO dumpers have planned to pump up the price and will be dumping the dao..

poor newbies will buy into their plan...First the value of ether will go down then when they accumlate enough bitcoin they will dump and the pump will crash.

People in bitcointalk are becoming very imaginative really and yes it could be true. If you have DAOs already, your option is to buy ETH once the price goes down.
How did you know they are in China right now? you stalk  them  ;D

Except the rally started before the DAO ended.

The DAO may boost it, but it can't stop it, because it's not the only factor and most likely not the largest factor.

it was mostly the ethereum pump and dump that started this rise if i remember the timing correctly after the big pump of ethereum there was a dump which caused all the investors to come back to bitcoin and started this rise.

What was the starting price on this thing? and what has been the highest price yet?
I think it's pretty clear to see that at this point, this was yet another token used by smart people to pump then dump for yet more BTC. The fact that this was done before the Bitcoin rise due halving+good Bitcoin news is suspicious.

DAo is just like the same as other altcoin not successful in their project.. waves lisk they are just the same.. but ethereum still 2nd of bitcoin which is quite still high.. i don't about all in dao if thats the case better to stay away and  don't buy dao.

For the time being, even if we believe in this theroy of ethereum Pump and dump, the thing is that bitcoin price is rising because of this reason or any other reason, We want only the bitcoin price to rise and remain on the high side always. So no matter what is the factor causing it, the imp. thing is that results are achieving.

I don't think the rise in bitcoin price recently is only due to the eth dump and also there was not big dip during DAO launch in eth price however DAO is not more getting dumped but also we are not seeing any investors interest in buying DAO currently.
