Meaning you cant only place a sell order that is higher than the previous one. so if there are 10 sell orders and the highest is 0.01 btc per yovi. you can only place your order at 0.01000001 btc.

Ive seen this coin in Yobit Exchange but i dont bother to buy it on that exchange. Answering the topic its quiet awkward that you cant place order, as others said here its ROM coin which you can actually set not too high on the current price. Seeing on the current price it already drops a lot. Luckily I bought only 1.5 YOVI but I will still have trouble selling it. I can find a price that is not fully taken but I can only sell small fraction of YOVI at that price. If you scroll long enough to higher prices, you can find sell orders of only 0.01 YOVI or something like that so you can add your coins at that price, but only around 0.4 YOVI for each price step.
I estimated that I will have to wait for 3 to 6 months because price is raising really slowly. I will make profit at the end of the day, but it's up to you to decide if it's worth waiting so long.
