Was looking through FortuneJacks lobby and they seem to offer live poker between set hours and the limits are higher I believe to compensate for having a dealer. Think that is the only one I have noticed but I do not seek it out,most likely others that have it.
They do not offer sports though,not that big a deal to spread over multiple sites with bitcoin though.

I'm not too tech savy. Anyone point me in direction for like "VPN for dummies". Like at some sites I have used my real name because I have claimed bonuses. So I'm guessing in VPN world I wouldn't claim bonuses and would have to have anonymous accounts.
