So in this case you wan't to buy a Potential Member, Let's say that it has a potential activity of 70, Then you need to post at least 70 or just post 60+ since a member rank requires 60 activity. I'm not a huge fan of buying/selling of accounts. If you do potential and spam it up to get a rank quickly there is a decent chance of ban. And saying "title" in so many not asking a question in it will again lead to problems if your trying to post up to a certain rank.
